Testimonials
I've been doing yoga for years, mostly on my own. When I started attending Emily's Studio Yoga on Wednesdays I learned that the missing piece of my practice was community. Emily creates a warm and welcoming environment, where we are all growing stronger: stronger bodies, stronger minds, and stronger friendships!
Yoga classes with Emily are great! Her instructions are always clear and the movements are accessible. There are lots of props available and modifications to poses offered, that way it's good for any level student and all different body types. The atmosphere is both relaxing and fun. I love that we always get to do some restorative poses for deep relaxation, and we enjoy a little poem at the end of the class.
